Pros

-Everyday learning if you are a enthusiast. -Great deal of products to have hands-on.

Cons

-Work Life Balance -Odd Shift timings and no rotation even after years which takes a toll on your mental as well as physical health. Leadership and management needs to understand it that nobody has done a sin that they are being put into graveyard shifts. - Technical Support Managers are not quite supportive and some do a lot of micro management as if they are leading a cheap startup in initial days ( a black spot to VMware’s reputation ) -Uncertain Broadcom acquisition and Internal Movements stopped because of that.
