Pros

Culture is all about the employee collaboration and harmony Employee wellbeing is important Option to be remote or in person (not all positions have this option) Global presence: I was travelling on the east coast once and could not get back home in time to report to work (remote) so luckily I had my work laptop and I was able to find a local VMware office to report to.
