Pros

Very Good management. They never discourage you but only motivate you. Very Good pay scale. So much to learn and you can also try to switch/move in different VMware domains if you are interested.

Cons

No Cons, but yes there will be more work at times, but management always make sure you have proper help and you no need to stay extra hours.

Great dental, med insurance, and education reimbursement programs. Great PTO and pandemic leaves.

Cons

Pay could be higher in comparison with competitors. Besides that, nothing else, great company!
