Cons

Worst team management by EUC managers. Once in EUC support == no growth, no one to plan for you, you are all by your own,just work You will be respected when they need you. Employee retention = throwing money at the end after he decides to resign No manager would allow you to go out of support role to any other role. No career guidance no help, no positive approach

Working hours - 8 Actual working hours - 10+ Survival strategy - "YES BOSS" If you cannot really understand what your managers wants to say, you need to concur "Yes Boss". If you don't he starts his/her target practise. No Help - Literally no help or assistance. Helpless customers had to escalate often to get a manager's notice to get a senior engaged. People keep moving out of frustration, no experienced resource in team. Career opportunities: Managers will keep you in team forever and put down all the offers that come on your way. Never tell your managers about your plan to move to another role, they know how to pull down those dreams.
