Not for the faint hearted. Very busy environment. Work life balance is out of question

Training, when management actually allow you the time to take it.

Cons

High workload and very high stress environment arising from poor management. Whilst you can take breaks, most never have the time. It's a 'bums on seats', hire-and-fire mentality where your volume of positive customer satisfaction surveys returned are all that matters.
