Pros

Good people, multicultural, free drinks/snacks/coffee, weekly food provided

Cons

Little or no career progress, appears to be a "dead-end", pretty much a call center mentality! tenured employees aren't kept and hit a brick wall, then leave Overworked, workload exponentially growing with no relief or very slow ramp-up/backfill "Changes" are implemented on the fly, with little or no research on impact to employees

Pros

This is a company that offers great benefits to their employees as well as very nice treats such as catered lunch once per week, food and beverages every day.

Cons

The case load is always increasing as VMware expands their portfolio by acquiring other companies. The support personnel is not increased at the same rate.
