Pros

- Very good benefits - Truly a diverse culture - Excellent coworkers - Management actually cares - Great work/life balance - Support has a few job opportunities but most of them exist outside in the greatest VMware.

Cons

- The Cloud security product offering is having new features and sub products added almost quarterly, but staff has a difficult time keeping up with the changes. - Lack of training vs new releases. - No approved departmental team outings even though the rest of the world is starting to go back to normal after the pandemic.
