Senior management is not really good, old fashion way of managing and using a lot of pressure, managing by fear with the result that people will be leaving. Veeam is a privately owned company which for me would mean freedom however senior management sees it through another angle and is very much focussed on targets like other big tech giants. A lot of things needs to be done because someone at a higher level thinks it is a great idea.

Company culture has changed and gotten away from what made Veeam a great place to be. Product team is not delivering on essential features. New executive management is bad - poor vision for this company (I know he has been successful at other companies), believes the company can run with just inside sales. Moral is down due to this direction. I think this cahnge of leadership will lead to some big turnover this year.. Has been a great place to work, but the future is uncertain at the moment.
