      Benefits are okay, especially if you are a field sales

      Cons

      Too much office politics. Management pretends they care but it is all fake. They only care about the Sales Target numbers and if you suck up to them.

      Pros

      Here you are really doing sales with everything that it implies: business trips where you meet the partners and the customers you are working with, f2f meetings, negotiations, you get to know a lot of technical stuff about the product but also about other IT vendors and IT world in general. The benefits are also great: over the average medical insurance, fruits in the office every day, party after each Qend. The product itself is awesome so it sells itself.

      Cons

      When Ratmir run the company everything went smooth and in the right way, when they said they would release specific features, they did it. Now they don't ans since the Americans took over, it started to be a mess and it becomes an ordinary corporation with complicated and long processes, people not doing their work in the US etc. Plus, they became greedy and assigned to the sales teams unrealistic and impossible targets, this is why people start to leave the company and also because of the fact that they haven't developed other significant products that could support the growth they want and the market starts to be saturated.

      Competitive salary. Flexible working hours. Always available free tea, coffee, cookies and sweets. Free fruits one time per day. Additional health insurance for employees is payed by company. One-time financial support to employees in case of marriage or birth of a child or death of relative. Partial compensation of fitness costs. Release parties at the expenses of the company.

      There are definitely no cons in the context of Russian reality.
