Fast growth in sales which is very motivating, great product to sell, go to market is via channel only , some really great people to work with

Cons

mostly due to growing pains, the US is trying to flex its muscle to the detriment of EMEA. This is bringing more restrictions and process which is necessary but at time is denting creativity.
