      Pros

      Nice atmosphere in offices. Some very smart and nice people here to work with, but not that many.

      Cons

      Management doesn't have a clue. "Veeam-Speed" is not something to be proud of. Lack of planning, poor execution, and lack of having business-focused intelligent management holds them back. Decent products. When a manager has to spend over an hour deliberating over a WORD, that is pretty dismal. Sweat shop. Rude people. Too many meetings with not enough time to get the work done.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place to work until 2023. If it wasn't already obvious, all good reviews on here within the last year were written by Veeam.

      Cons

      Every since the company was sold thing started going down hill. When Anand came onboard with his hand picked toxic leadership the once solid company culture was almost instantly wiped out. It was depressing to watch him ruin a once good place to work. Leadership is an arrogant good ole boys club without compassion. Brown-nosing is being rewarded, loyal long term employees get bullied and made fun of by leadership behind their backs. Especially the corporate marketing leadership is nauseating.

      Decent company to work for depending on where you are located at

      Remote first, knowledgeable team, good product

      Cons

      Odd growth strategy. After spending a ton of money to relocate team members from Russian office to Romania, and a large hiring burst in mid 2022, the company did an about face and laid off over 200 in early 2023. A lot of folks hired less than 6-8 months prior got laid off in a poorly planned RIF. Move an entire office to another country and company expense, but hire and subsequently lay off hundreds? Poor optics, poor planning.
