Great people to work with

Cons

Poor salary increase even if you do your best and also try to do extra. KPIs exist but they are the same for everyone even if some of the teams definitely need KPIs changed according to the workflow. In the end, salary increase feels like a randomizer was used and no KPIs were taken into consideration. Motivation to care less.
