work from home is acceptable.

Cons

Please do not do it. Run for the hills. Micromanagement. Don't have time to take lunch break. Pressure, management checks your Team chats and conversations. Unattainable quotas and ginormous portfolios. They are not pleased if your KPIs are green, you need to overachieve. I am burntout and in therapy.
