This is the first company I worked at that actively tries to improve the employee experience. In my first months I have been regularly contacted by a designated person to ask me about my wellbeing and offered me moral support with my struggles. Also I have received (I would say proper, but this will do no justice) excellent training on the product I had to handle. My colleagues always jumped when I asked for help/clarification on any issue. My manager is also great, helps me with issues even when he is tight on time. This reflects a very employee focused company culture, witch I find to be incredibly rare. The benefit package is very rich.
