I just started my job at Veeam this month, and I couldn’t be happier to have joined the team! Veeam truly cares about their employees. There is much focus and emphasis on making sure employees have the support and resources to succeed in their respective roles. It’s great to be surrounded by genuine and caring people who push each other to be the best they can be and leadership that is invested in you! There are other amazing things like great benefits and compensation but it’s the culture that really sets Veeam apart from any other company I’ve worked for!

The massive growth in industry leading company.

Cons

Leadership style is well out-of-date. Co-founders are trying to operate as if it still has a couple hundred employees when there are over 3000.
