Good company struggling with growth issues

Pros

- great product - smart people in R&D and Support - start up spirit and values can be still found in some teams

Cons

- constant change of top management - although this is a poduct company, sales people get way too much attention, when other departments like marketing, operations, hr, finance are the worst. what happens there is a total nightmare - hiring and HRM is organized in the worst possible manner. as a result older staff members are either completely overworked or do nothing and middle management doesn't care. - product portfolio grew so wide noone apparently knows what to do with it - poor benefits program - hiring is too slow

Only pro I can genuinely think of is the fact that they provide treats and snacks during quarter end.

Cons

In my department the communication level that my supervisor held was terrible. He was not transparent whatsoever. It almost seemed like he had bottled all his frustrations up and finally unleashed it once there was a trigger.

Poor management structure. Massive turnover since new management onboard. People talking behind backs, internal conflicts within the sales/region teams.
