The 3 key ingredients for a successfull job are top notch product, team and job opportunity. Veaam provides this all at the same time.

Cons

Company slowly becoming too big. Although the culture is still there, it's starting to get flooded at higher management level with people hat are there solely to make the company run 'more efficient'
