      Some of the people are amazing!

      There is NO flexibility!! The reason maybe now is due to covid. I can guarantee once this is over it’s back to micromanaging. Your daily metrics will be unrealistic to hit. Most people have to beat the system to hit that. You are WELL underpaid from industry standards. You will be paid twice a month not bi-weekly. Even a great budgeter can’t survive. I knew people that barely had gas money & the snacks I’m the break room would be their lunch! You have two 15 minute breaks & an hour for lunch. Your time is scrutinized down to the minute. Your manager as someone said will be all over you even after you may hit your metrics & goal for the month. They will absolutely want more! This in fact is a Call Center. Rumors plague this place. Managers having inappropriate relationships with colleagues. Most have left or been fired then they do a mass hiring. 3 months int this place you get it! Don’t waste your time. This job will NEVER pay you what you what you are worth!

      The quota is not created with any intelligence. Job description , plan for training, and commission before accepting position wasn’t truthful. Commission structure not what was promised. Direct managers and director are unprofessional and bully their subordinates. Reward team mentality. Demoralizing High turnover. I had no one to turn directly responsible for coaching or training me during my year with the organization.

      Good Place to work with plenty of opportunity

      Pros

      Lots of equal opportunity, Laid back work environment (for engineers anyway), Excellent communication with management, Growth expectations are laid out clearly with steps to obtain such growth, Super friendly and understanding employees a REAL family environment. Total support for things that happen in your personal life without chewing PTO (Just be available on teams and phone calls if they come up), Plenty of time off and benefits. All and all, its solid.

      Cons

      New leadership changes have caused a complete U-turn in our path and complete disregard of our original story/mission, Inconsistent product development, Purchasing products that leave a lot to be desired (Acquisitions), CEO doesn't have a clue currently and uses his COO to do his job, Creation of made up, never heard before executive positions such as the Chief people officer, not even sure what that is. Transparency has become a bit lacking these days. unrealistic quotas vs previous fiscal years, the CEO is looking for us to be a 5 billion dollar company even though we only just hit 1 billion after many years. CEO is from Microsoft in a previous life and placed us in an ARR plan even though we don't earn microsoft money, He's looking to turn us into Microsoft.
