      Company was amazing to work for, not anymore

      -Let's say benefits, -Maybe salary package for some teams,

      Company was great but now it is on a downhill trend, They have cut down on benefits, NO real appreciation for hard workers, close to zero promotion and development opportunities, Very bad upper management decisions, actual VPs are being fired/ forced to quit, they claim to offer competitive salary packages but in reality they are under the market and now they are not even covering the inflation like they used to do for the past 10 years. Lots of teams are being overworked, micromanagement wherever you look, toxic and unprepared local management that lack accountability. Overall, the relation Company > Employee is going down and relation Company > Investor is going up, which depending on how you look at it can be good or bad.

      It is still a growing American corporation with huge ambitions and prestige

      Cons

      You can no longer feel safe after 2 rounds of layoffs and can end up on the street at any moment, no matter how high is your performance. People are just a resource, no one is interested in your fate. Raises and salary increases - forget it.

      My interview process was longer than my employment

      Friendly recruiters. Pay seemed decent.

      Cons

      They took 4 months and over 7 interviews to hire me. I never knew who’s team I was assigned bc they were all confused on where to place me. I left my previous employer after 5 years and they laid me off 3 months later. No letter of recommendation. Nothing. Disposable.
