Company is busy and widely known, great solution that sells itself in the market as it is a leader in the industry.

Cons

Lack of acknowledgement for achieving goals and some ridiculous asks, multiple departments tasked on different pitches to same customers, maintain balance with constant changing demands, not keeping up to standards with market salaries for internally promoted reps
