Some of the team members, the product, the office location.

Cons

Huge stress because team colleagues disappear from one day to another after a discussion with HR. This does not happen only to reps, but also management, like team leaders and even managers. There is a huge pressure on goals and micromanagement on activity. The job is practically telesales.

If any, work/life balance. not too much pressure.

Cons

Bad management. They usually don't know what they are doing. The company had the advantage to have no control since the beginning, with the acquisition it will come to light who are the people that it is not up to the game. Bad compensation package. Low salary. No control over business and poor feedback over performance.

Easy job, product sells itself, good culture.

Cons

No formal training for new hires. A week of going over the company and shadowing is not formal training. The pay here has become an absolute joke. The fact that they group everyone in a role into the same salary/commission structure isn't fair for the employees who work hard and out perform their peers. No bonus at the end of the year and no chance to ask for a raise based on performance from the previous year. With all the changes happening in this company, people are getting promoted to positions they are not prepared for. This has to change in order to retain top talent at this company.
