      Pros

      compensation package is decent company culture is very open-minded and inclusive, makes you feel at home some of the colleagues that left veeam came right back because they found "there's actually nothing better in the job market right now"

      Cons

      benefits package for some of the countries is not so appealing career growth is non-linear and comprehensive, only possible if you switch to another department higher management does not always take into account regional needs and capacities

      Everyone sells - helps everyone work together towards common goal. Lots of people to help teach and help with sales processes Smart leadership that listens to feedback Good product You can make of it what you want to

      Like other growing companies, not every process is perfect, and often try sales efforts that need tweaking. Sometimes internal struggles about who runs the sales opportunities.
