Great product - Company overall is ok -

Cons

Mgr's driven by spreadsheet (SFDC) analytics and manage to them. Country of Origin issue. Lack of certifications. Executive Mngmt. says tough toenails... deal with it Management not friendly, must get to numbers, all else be damned.

Colleagues are ok. Snack in pantry is always full except that they are providing you with unhealthy snacks. Office location is good as well

Cons

- messy and unprofessional management. You can feel that the office is under control of 1 person and you cant voice out your opinion as it will be taken negatively - low/slow career progress. Minimal career advancement but if you need a place to just clock in and out to get your salary then go ahead - too many redundant roles in management
