Depending on which department you are with, work is good there

For call centre department, they have call tracker to be monitored

Thank you for your feedback! We do not have a cell center department at Veeam; however our quota carrying teams in Sales as well as our Technical Customer Support teams do communicate regularly with our customers, which is key in keeping our Net Promoter Score at a record 82!
