      Pros

      Veeam provides a great opportunity to grow and develop. I came into the role experienced in what I do but have been able to expand my knowledge across a greater range of topics within my area, alongside working with new systems. Veeam is such a flexible employer. It has literally changed my life working here as I can balance work and life so much better. During the pandemic I have felt incredibly lucky to be an employee of Veeam. Speaking to friends and family about their experiences and then comparing them to the continual support and understanding Veeam has given has really highlighted just how committed to their employees Veeam are. It is also an exciting time at Veeam with lots of product development and the new ownership bringing fresh challenges and growth opportunities. And on top of all this it really is a fun place to work.

      Cons

      Pace of change can be very fast so you need to thrive on that kind of work ethic and accept the change in direction.

      Great Technology - Culture Shift

      Pros

      Working for a company whose technology is predictably stable is really great.

      Cons

      The culture continues to shift away from the technology and towards the bottom line. It is a delicate balance leadership is having to learn with tremendous pressure from the new owners.
