      Pros

      Veeam has an awesome product, a great proactive and effective support organization and employ very skilled and dedicated people. Veeam has very strong brand and the end-users of the product are extremely happy with it. There is a lot of empowerment in Veeam on a local level and you get to make a lot of commercial decisions by yourself. The speed of decision making from Management is very quick and the organization is flat and lean.

      Cons

      The business area (Back-up) is still somewhat narrow/niche/un-sexy, but still this is a space that is becoming more and more important as every business is digitizing and having access to your data to maintain Business continuity is crucial

      Cons

      Everything, toxic work environment, hate culture, no respect for each other, no training or support from anyone, no colleagues (they steal deals/accounts from each other), there is only one goal: bring deals/revenue or you are out!

      If any, work/life balance. not too much pressure.

      Cons

      Bad management. They usually don't know what they are doing. The company had the advantage to have no control since the beginning, with the acquisition it will come to light who are the people that it is not up to the game. Bad compensation package. Low salary. No control over business and poor feedback over performance.
