Good product and international folks have high energy

Dont have technical staff that understand solutions selling in the enterprise and run the business on metric alone measuring every call, every meeting, every email, etc

Good team, entrepreneual spirit of a startup in a large company. Would be a shame if Veeam looses it as it grows like crazy...

Cons

Quite limited career growth options, almost impossible to transfer from inside roles to field ones

The pay was great, phenomenal culture, and a state of the art project that was a market leader which is huge and technology.

Cons

The company was growing too quickly for its own good, and was more concerned with metrics versus quality-based work which is typical when a company is really successful.
