Good exposure to corporate culture Fast-paced, with learning opportunities

Cons

Constant restructuring and major changes in short notices. High turnover. Middle management is bias and encourages toxic workplace practices. Not transparent with challenges faced by field teams.

Cons

No loyalty toward employees No opportunities to grow Dishonesty from upper management No direction for channel teams Everyone is stepping on each other's toes trying to compete for internal sales for fear of being reprimanded Acts internally like a new company when it is a well established 10+ year old company Professional development doesn't exist

Your peers and team are the only thing that will help you keep it together.

Cons

Salary is below market, upper management is clueless. There is a complete disconnect between what we are supposed to be doing to what is asked of us to do. No career path advancement. No support from your direct manager. No real human care factor. It is not the Veeam of 5 years ago. They have lost what truly made it special.
