> Comfortable office > Friendly environment > Freedom to pursue your own ambitions > A lot of possibilities for professional growth

Cons

> Not always the best salary > No business travels > No working from home > The Top-Bottom communications leaves much to be desired. Top management is very detached from "the masses". There is no dialog.

- Typical american mentality, where you set a seemingly impossible goal and then push those in a non-management role to their limits. - Constant pressure, constant criticism. - Very frustrating to work here in Sales. At one point you think you are doing quite well, then they raise your target for about 40% extra next year - Even worse if you are in Inside Sales as they don't even bother pretending anymore that you are anything other than disposable
