There is nothing better than selling a product that customers LOVE to use, but don't let sales people tell you that the product sells itself ! Marketing is well-valued here, so for marketers who love the fast-pace, it's a dream job.

With hyper growth comes hyper pains. It is very difficult to keep pace with changing standards, materials, and key stakeholders. You could spend your whole day just trying to keep a pulse on what's coming down the pipeline - and it frankly shouldn't be this hard. Marketing has also been in a state of flux for a long time, and we're ready to have a clear vision, with a clear organizational strategy - that includes leaning out the staff in certain areas, and boosting staffing in others.
