The company is going thru serious transformation since it was fully acquired by the US investors. Some US management leaders had vision to create diverse racially motivated groups however a HUGE number of management don’t appreciate that vision. So they are battling to destroy any diverse groups. Lies, hates, disrespect, insult, supremacy mind set, and wish to fail are what govern this company at this moment. Very stressful environment. Great people quit. Toxic. I had such a great hope for the company when i joined it however the people there wont allow you to express your true knowledge. Their point of view is the best and you can’t tell them your or bring it in. So pity.

It's hard to decide where to start. Since being acquired by Insight Partners, the work environment has become more and more toxic over the years. - Unethical management behavior and discriminatory hiring policies. - Highly bureaucratic processes — getting approvals can take weeks, forget about Veeam Speed. - Cost-cutting measures and waves of layoffs. Current employees either don’t receive promotions/salary increases or receive raises that don’t even keep up with inflation. - Unrealistic targets for teams and ever increasing expectations. More than half of my colleagues are either dealing with burnout or were diagnosed with mental health issues in recent years. At this point, the company has become your typical corporate American snake pit. Some teams may still be comfortable to work in, but overall, I wouldn’t count on it. It's sad to see how once a dream place has become such a misery.
