      Before private equity took over it was a great company, terrific culture and outstanding products.

      Cons

      After private equity....has outstanding products.

      Pros

      won't then ever I expected this concern. I thought it would be great for work culture but it's worst then any other concerns did even they do micro managing even worst they looking your browser history for what you did. This is something sit I ever seen any other company before. They do have lot of hidden while taking inside after they will show them a face. definitely I won't recommend any other friends

      Micro managing checking browser history of your laptop no work culture at all lot of hidden in the interview then they do like school test

      No Exit Interview…wonder why?

      Pros

      - The company has really great people! - It’s a solid product that you can stand behind and they have a good position in the market. - Received multiple accolades and Presidents Club invitations.

      Cons

      - Private Equity Owned - Sales Forecasting Nightmare - 3 different places needed to forecast your deals (2 spreadsheets, and SFDC) - Lack of leadership - Multiple issues reported to upper management across segments as well as issues with direct report leadership without any follow through or action. - Roadmapping of Product is nonexistent - Support has not kept up with the products
