Pros

Everything is made for your comfort: new PC or laptop, own library, nice office (openspace in Plaza or classic office in Kondratievsky) and clean kitchens. Cool corporate events. Great colleagues, true enthusiasts of their job.

Cons

Some departments have good career opportunities - R&D, QA, Support, Sales has clear metrics to see if employee can be promoted. Other departments dont.

Being for more than 3 years with Veeam in Russia I can surely say that it is a great company with lots of opportunities for those who are ready to work hard and constantly improve. Within 3 years I ve been promoted several times, I lead interesting projects, really developed as a professional and was appreciated.

Cons

The company is growing quickly and is always searching for the best way. The decisions can be changed, some KPIs can be very ambitious, this is a very result-oriented company. So no excuses accepted. This is very challenging but this is why the company is successful. Only strong people can help building the History
