Growing Pains

Pros

Good health benefits. For the most part managers are really flexible and want to help you grow as an engineer. This is a great entry level position with a lot of learning.

Cons

Too little vacation. As they grow, they try and fail at not becoming a “call center”. This is definitely a call center position with focus on KPIs and cycling cases quickly.

Pros

Laid back work environment, snacks are usually in the break room.

Cons

My commission was retroactively altered. Got a raise, then the commission was lowered. Goals are unrealistic. Management focus is on metrics instead of reality. Rules and regulations are constantly changing with zero notice given to the employees.
