Good place to work if you are ready to work more

Products are constantly improving it getting new features. Amount of hands are always less than amount of work. So Veeam is great place if you are ready for a very long backlog list. Great atmosphere, you are free in taking decisions about how work should be done

Cons

Company is in the middle of transformation to more public company. Many new administrative changes, rules to satisfy various compliance, etc. All these changes usually are not good or even needed for the staff. No option to work outside of your employed country, even for a short time (like even couple weeks during the year)

Cool product and WAS a great place to work. Met s many talented people (most are gone at this point).

Cons

Since the new CEO the company tanked in culture and no one cares. People work there because it pays well but will leave as soon as a better opportunity comes their way. Leadership (if you can call the c-suite and executives that) are toxic and awful.
