Pros

Fun, easygoing culture. Veeam still feels like a small company, which can be as much a ding against the company as it is a benefit. The learning environment is fast-paced, and hardly a day goes by where you don't learn something new.

Cons

You find out very quickly that most people you work with are highly skilled, talented professionals who could be making 2 to 3 times as much working at another job.

Pros

Veeam has a Great Product and very nice people. Growing fast so lots of room to get promoted at Veeam if a title is what you are looking for.

Cons

Too many cooks in the kitchen. Poor management strategy. Need more experienced individuals rather than always promoting young and inexperienced people without the qualifications. Company needs to focus on creating a sales team with a long term plan in place rather that always changing the structure every year. Also, too many internal battles between the inside and outside sales teams. Company will not be successful if your sales teams are not aligned as 1 Sales Team that can divide and conquer.

Great product, good support and pre-sales engineering team. Can move up pretty quickly depending on company need and your skill set

Cons

Could move a little too fast and some positions become empty again as great assets move on. this can be viewed both ways, but not a lot of continuity.
