      Pros

      Base salary is good compared to some mid-tier companies. But this is changing too. They are also introducing variable now. The variable part will be totally based on how your repo is with ur manager and not on any technical aspect.

      Cons

      1. Officially documented PIP culture 2. No job security. 3. Too much micro-management. 4. You will have to butter your manager throughout the day. 5. Negligible technical expertise in any domain. People will do what they like and not what's best available.

      benefits are very good and pay

      training ramp up time management (maybe this was just in my situation) lack of guidance on how to develop a strategy to succeed

      Not a good company to work for.

      Pros

      The only real benefit is that it's a day shift job.

      Cons

      The management is really poor. The team is fully handled by Russians who don’t understand how to manage Indian employees. Even during a crisis in Bangalore, they still expect you to come to the office. The hike process is also very bad, and the KPIs are unrealistic.
