      Great company to work for!

      Pros

      From the first day, the support from my superiors, and from the organization as a whole, was incredible. My role was clearly defined and I was given the freedom to introduce my skills to the role without prejudice. Recognition for a job well done and reprimand when off track was fair and just. Truly one of the best companies I've had the honor to work for.

      Cons

      Hiring process was a bit slow. Things are changing rapidly and with the executive team being mostly from a MS background, the future feels bleak. Even within the year I have been here, I have seen change that has adversely affected the morale of the staff. The executive staff, aside from the CPO, seem to care less about the Veeam culture and more about introducing the MS culture.

      Cons

      Management issues; lack of skillet and leadership. Manage by the number, lack creativity and vision. Hammer and Nail philosophy.
