Pros

Overall mostly good people to work with, okay pay, unlimited PTO system is nice (there are limitations as expected), benefits are good.

Cons

Pay could be more competitive as other CSR roles in the industry make well more than what is offered - some people in management positions have unfairly promoted or not promoted people - in office day isn’t bad but at least make it Wednesdays to break up the week more evenly. - training and career development are lacking somewhat.

Pros

None. All those great people who once made Veeam a good place to work are long gone, either laid off, managed out, or were tired of being treated like complete garbage.

Cons

- Micromanagement on steroids - Upper/mid-management created an extremely toxic work environment over the last 1-2 years - Marketing leadership, in particular, seems out of touch with reality, loves to brag about their luxury items while others in the room are living paycheck to paycheck - No integrity, no honesty, no compassion
