      Staggering amount of staff turnover in the UK, nasty culture encouraging pressure sales tactics and back stabbing.

      Veeam-Speed ... Needed for Development to catch competition - good moves to oust new management

      Pros

      The majority of people are terrific. Customers really have loved the product.

      Cons

      In this past year, the new management brought in made some poor strategic decisions which made selling extremely difficult against higher-end, and lower-end competitors. However, they have all been pushed out, and the original owners have taken back over, with new infusion of investment for development. This should help significantly once the development can catch up. They talk about 'Veeam-speed' a lot. Because of their heritage selling to the SMB and mid-market, and a low average sale price, it's more of a volume game, than a relationship/strategic selling situation.

      Pros

      Met a few nice people, fun environment if you’re young, free snacks, yearly company meeting.

      Cons

      Young people promoted to management positions because they are in the “click” , with no experience. Big turnover in employees. Different rules for those in the “club” than the other staff. This is a place of employment, not for hooking up. Internal relationships lead to favoritism.
