      Great potential but currently held back by the legacy

      Pros

      Great product. Great new branding. New CEO Peter McKay making some good changes, engineering the company for growth in North America & Enterprise segment.

      Cons

      Many systems & processes outdated & geared towards SMB market. Reluctance to change/transform in EMEA. Russian founders still very involved in many day-to-day operations which sometimes slows/hinders change. Incredible politics for a company of it's size, which is draining.

      Pros

      Most of the people you work with are great! Overall great product! Interview process is easy and they hire anyone!

      Cons

      No growth, no communication, North America marketing needs a wake up call before they loose a ton of great people. Pay is horrible in marketing. Politics are horrible.

      Pros

      Flexible work environment, opportunity for advancement, decent benefits, training for sales team, hires from outside the industry often (especially in inside sales, which is a great way to get started in tech), energetic and innovative people, killer product, great print and digital marketing bringing lots of leads, fun parties at industry events, "cool" young entrepreneurial feel not limited in development as it's a privately held company with the owners being the main investors.

      Cons

      Can be sloppy in execution of various processes and programs in the essence of speed, starting to feel bureaucratic as we get bigger, pays higher salaries to new people rather than internal promotions, lots of changes in executive management, sometimes unrealistic quotas
