Pros

Top line compensation options in Prague. Actively maintained and quite healthy working culture. Ppl around are very well self organised. It’s quite easy to rely on others. Management is respectful.

Cons

Business need to meet deadlines sometimes pressures quite much. There can be disbalance between responsibility delegation and quite chaotic management. Usually doesn’t ruin anything, but can demotivate from time to time, yet everyone manages to make a good out of the process. You cannot work from other countries and stuck in yours unless it’s vacation time. Not much of career opportunities.
