It is a big company with a good market positioning

Cons

Contrary to what Veeam claims, it is very much a Russian company. Russian language everywhere. It is a big enterprise, with all the disadvantages and rigidity that comes with that.

Decent salary. Stable professional work environment.

Cons

No team events. No bonuses. Rare promotions. All deceasions come from the top management and all of them make you only work more without additional payment. No remote work.
