We're grateful for your positive remarks on our culture and team. They are very encouraging for us and we aim to keep your experience with us positive and fulfilling.
We're glad to hear that you're appreciating the work-life balance in our environment. It's important to us that our team members feel supported in maintaining this balance. Thank you for continuing to be part of the Veeam Team.
We appreciate your feedback on our Compensation & Benefits. We're committed to providing competitive packages and conduct an annual ACR exercise to ensure our offerings remain competitive in the tech industry, taking into consideration factors like inflation and market competition. Your input is vital, and we'll use it to make our packages even better.
Creating a product that leads the global market is cool. A lot of diverse tasks, constant need to learn new technologies, skills - all this lays a strong professional foundation. Opportunity to grow and a fairly normal salary by local standards
Cons
Constant changes are both a plus and a minus, the company is going through another stage of growth and many processes have remained from the startup times, which sometimes leads to difficulties in planning. Complex relationships with new rules from the American office (before that, the company was Swiss and there was not so much bureaucracy and there was much more freedom)
