      Pros

      Very inclusive and affirming Unlimited PTO Management is very upfront about how busy you get they don’t sugarcoat the facts. If you have a great work ethic and like good hard work this is the place for you! Team Leaders support their people Holiday and weekend volunteer hours are available I really enjoy working for this company.

      Cons

      The work is very strenuous on your brain but that’s why there is unlimited PTO and mgmt is upfront from the very beginning.

      Pros

      While learning curves in the support team around the software can be hard when you Initially start, I think our training could be a bit more advanced internally to help engineers who are struggling as it seems the biggest issue is that some engineers struggle with basic concepts of how the software fundamentally works.

      Cons

      There are no real downsides, personally I love working here and hope to continue for a long time

      The People The Culture Very Inclusive Committed to Work Life Balance

      Cons

      There really aren't any cons per say. If I were to give one piece of advice, is the technical work is very demanding so having a Mental Preparedness routine is essential. This is where Veeam shines on the pros, we are so are committed to Work/Life Balance and it's very important you maintain and stick to this. The only one who can maintain it is you. Again, not a con, just advice.
