So many dumb rules here it makes you feel like your a baby! Management is poor they have no idea what the work in the field is like anymore, they worry about making themselves look good and don't seem to care about the problems workers have. No room for advancement here unless you kiss the GM's butt! Like I said it's a job and a check for now. They need to get all the" local" / family from the original owners out for good and you would see a better work place....The pay is all over the place here, if your local or a buddy you start out at a high pay. Some new guys make more then guys who been there for 10 years! They need a union at horicon bad
