I appreciate that everyone is being very hospitable and friendly and welcomed me into part of the team. I feel I have been able to approach people with questions and been supported by colleagues.

There has been a lot of information given to me in a very short space of time which has been challenging to process and allow sufficient time to digest the information.

Great company with lots of benefits. Distance from home is great once five minutes away. I love the management structure, it’s balanced and fare.

Cons

Its very difficult to fit in due to some work colleagues unable to open up to new way of working or new people I suppose it’s hard for them because they have done the same job the same way for many years, but on the bright side they’re are many other staff that are great people and becoming great friends.
