Interesting problems and challenges within an enterprise space. Great work/life balance and culture around maintaining that. Before being purchased by Cohesity, good benefits.

Cons

Not a company that can keep up with competitive pay. Not enough opportunities to move up in the company. Some poor high level decision making from leadership on spending and hiring. A remote job that tries to hold on to some kind of culture by having people come in once a week. Lots of legacy code.
