      None at all, everything is a cons.

      Cons

      Everything is bad and not at all interested in improving culture or company. Very much interested in patting themselves and paying themselves than front line employees. Do not work for the company.

      This is one of the companies that you definitely would want to start off your career with. I would highly recommend this company for people who have no prior experience and are looking to start their career !

      Once you settle in, like any other company, you see the chaos and you definitely are taken aback. Its a good place to start off your career, not a good place to settle down

      No serious work means developer is fixing builds Good life balance

      Cons

      No growth for developer Managers are only allowed to move to US. Managers are doing two jobs one for veritas and part time real estate business. Developer are treated as dirt .
