No direction, no vision, very poor management with little or no experience. The management doesn't know how to do the job. My manager didn't have any experience and was not supporting agents. The manager has no clue what their team is doing or what the processes are. The corporate culture is the worst I ever experienced. You are expected to sit down and do your work but I received no training. The company is a total joke. Massive employee turnover, not stable place to be No career progression. To many changes…systems not working properly.

I joined straight from college two years back. since then situation has become very bad. They try to hire good people but dont want to pay them what they deserve. If you join the legacy product, you wont get much to learn. Its mostly minor, short development work with long period of bug fixes, release related testing and other stuff that wont benefit you as a developer. New products dont look promising to me. Even if they are, upper management finds its way to ruin it. If you are a fresher, dont make the mistake of joining this company, you wont get enough compensation and opportunities to grow. If you are planning to join at senior grade, beware of constant layoffs, they are part of the normal quarter. Constantly changing upper management and business decisions have made this a sinking ship. I dont expect the situation to get better. People dont want to join this company and those who are in are desperately trying to get out. Many people have already left. Some juniors make valuable contributions than people at higher grades but they dont receive deserved promotions for foolish reasons like number of years of experience. Most of the recent positive reviews that you see are from freshers who just give their opinions from limited knowledge and less exposure they have. (no disrespect intended, thats what it looks like to me)
